BMW owners from miles around meet up at the Shoulder of Mutton in Fordham every 3rd Sunday lunchtime in the month.	AJS and Matchless Owners Club meet on the first Wednesday of the month from 7.30pm at the Donkey and Buskin in Layer.	ALRESFORD BIKERS are a small group of enthusiasts who meet monthly on the second Tuesday of each month, in the Pointer Inn, Alresford (it’s near the station on Wivenhoe Road). They go for local rides out on most Sundays too, and are planning (very loosely!) to do some more adventurous trips in 2009. Everyone is welcome to go along and join them, or just turn up for a chat. They have big bikes, small bikes, and no bikes, but are all fans - even if not actually all riders any more. But that’s half the fun.
	.....and, of course, as if you didn't know, bikers of all persuasions meet up on the village green in nearby Great Bentley every Wednesday evening. A little further out try the CENTRAL KIOSK in Walton on Naze Essex (at the end of the High Street) every weekend. A great place for a run out to and obviously for ice creams and teas.

7th September 2008: Essex Air Ambulance Motorcycle Run

On Sunday 7th September 2008 participants left Ford Dunton Technical Centre to make their way to historic Harwich., raising money for the county’s life-saving helicopter. We need you to help us go one better once again this year!
