and in and around the Castle, we had,

The weekend included Heritage Weekend, where local historical sights were opened up for free. Many of the town guides dressed up to give tours or to put on plays.

In the Castle we held the Festival History Lectures which included such subjects as:

Gosbecks Archaeological Site

Colchester's Roman Circus

Witchcraft in the Colchester Area

Colchester on the Home Front

 
 

 

The bands were popular.

Naughty children not so.

This little fellow was very well behaved.
 

....and many thanks to the security team.
 

ANOTHER GREAT DAY
