We need volunteer supporters, helpers, performers, etc.
What can you do? The CFA were founded in 2000 to work with individuals, groups and organisations to bring about public entertainment events that celebrate Colchester life, culture and heritage. It has already staged several street festivals and fairs in the Town Centre and in the Castle Park. We always need lots of volunteers to give their free time in helping with the work. The following links will give you more information about the sort of thing that we have done in the past and how to contact us.

Please ensure that you use a reference with any payment so that we can provide refunds, in the unlikely event that the fair does not proceed. Without a reference we have no way of knowing who sent what. We need at least £7000 for the fair. There are costs associated with the provision of marquees, stages, power supplies, security, barriers, advertising, etc. Please help if you can. £10 from 700 people will make it happen!
