We are Saebert's Folc (named after an East Saxon King) and we are part of The Vikings Dark Age/Early Medieval Society which is a National & International Society with Charitable Status. We are technically an Essex based group although the majority of us live in & around Colchester.
We portray Anglo Saxon life from the 7th - 11th centuries, as well as some Viking/Danelaw. We are a very family orientated group involving all levels of Anglo Saxon combat & living history, especially in the realm of the East Saxons. We welcome new members from all walks of life and any age.
We are available for hire for combat & living history displays.
